Rama: “Shkoder stadium, from communist ruin, to a spectacular implant”

The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, visited once again the works at the new Shkoder stadium, which has started to take shape.

Rama posted a picture on Twitter and says this is a spectacular implant.

“The new Shkoder stadium, from a communist ruin, has turned into a spectacular implant for sport and urban life”, Rama said.
