Rama responds to Serbia’s request: “Kosovo can decide on its own, as a sovereign country”

Serbia asked Albania to use its influence in Prishtina so that Kosovo removes the 100% tax on Serbia and the creation of the army.
The first letter is dated November 16th , and it is even written in the anti-Albanian rhetoric used by the government of Serbia, mentioning crimes against their people and threaten that the situation may escalate.
Six days later, the Serbian Prime Minister sent a second letter to Rama, in which they use softer tones and economic arguments.
Two weeks later, Rama responded by saying that it is impossible for him to fulfill their request, due to the fact that Kosovo is an independent and sovereign country that can decide on its own about its laws.
