The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, presented the “Pact for Universities” at a meeting with Ministers, deans, rectors, professors and students.
What started as an online platform to respond to the requests of the protesting students has now turned into a more completed pact.
Students made their requests, we heard them. I don’t know how much the universities were paying attention, but this show with so many faces must end the soonest possible, so that we can do the best we can, maybe even more”, Rama said.
According to Rama, the problem, in this case, is not with the isolated students, but with the professors. He asked them to allow students to attend their lessons.
