The Socialist leader, Edi Rama, is attending a visit in the United
States of America where he also met the US President, Barack Obama.
The Socialist leader declared on Twitter that “the meeting with the friend of all Albanians was friendly and unforgettable”.
Rama’s overseas schedule included meetings with US economic and financial experts, and representatives of the Albanian community. Rama writes on Twitter that these consultations were useful for the Socialist “National Rebirth” program, which the SP plans to implement when in power.
The consultations with the fellow Albanians in America were the main focus of the three-day visit in the US.
