The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, criticized the opposition for their protests, demanding a transitory government. Rama said that they have been rejected by the international partners and that they will receive total isolation from the Democratic world.

“They thought they would be shocking Europe and the USA by renouncing their mandates, but they only received a major isolation. If they keep on like this, they will be left out by the entire Democratic world. They are hoping to create martyrs for their imaginary revolution, and they are expecting use to bring our people against them, when they burn buildings. When they were in power, the response was with AK-47 gunshots. They think they can stop the local elections. They think they will find enough idiots to spend their time in prison for their sake”, Rama said.
