Rama explains why he refused “Citizen of Honor” title from the Dibra Municipality

The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, received the “Citizen of Honor” award from the Dibra Municipality, but he refused it.

Rama explained that the refusal was made because he has always been against honorific titles of incumbent politicians.

“By thanking everyone who initiated this gesture with the best purposes, the Albanian Prime Minister refuses the title given today by the Dibra Municipality”, says the Prime Minister’s Press Office.
