The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, said in an interview for the German media outlet, Die Welt, that his government changes were done to bring a new spirit.
“We don’t want to make the same mistake as the German national football team, after winning the World Cup and the shameful fail four years later”, Rama said.
When asked whether the colourful paintings of the buildings had changed anything through art, Rama said that he doesn’t believe that art could stop bad things from happening.
His views for the future of Europe: “It’s going to be much worse before it gets any better”.
