The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, visited the city of Shkoder for
the new memberships of the Socialist Party. He declared that the
opposition is acting like the neighborhood’s “drunkard” who keeps
insulting and slandering all day.

“Every neighborhood has one drunkard who stays all day and insults everyone in the neighborhood. The easiest thing is to address today to people who really have problems, and go against the government and reforms. This is the only thing the opposition can do. They are not an opposition, and this is the problem of our country. There is no opposition. It is an old government that has dropped from power and a new one that is making its tasks. The old ones live with the idea that the people made a mistake to send them home, and they think that the people will fix this mistake, but what they offer is only slander and unfounded accusations”, the government leader declared.

The government leader underlined that the Socialist Party is the right and only force in this country that can make a government, and that if these reforms were done earlier, the country would be different today.
