Rama: “Citizens, grades from 1 to 10 for public service”

The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, presented the initiative “Your
evaluation”, which will have citizens evaluate the service received by
public administration institutions.
“Every institution that serves to the public will be evaluated by citizens, with grade from 1 to 10”, Rama said.
The average of this grade, will then be made public.
“This will allow a real-time information about the government and public. Administrative measures will be taken based on this coefficient”, the Prime Minister added.
