The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, declared from a joint press release with the EU high representative, Federica Mogherini, that Albania expects the European Commission to recommend the EU accession negotiations.
“Albania speaks with results. We are aware that the final decision will depend on the specific circumstances of member countries, but we believe that it is time to close the phase for preparing the negotiations, and open them”, Rama declared.
