The Prosecution has not decided when they will summon Prime Minister
Berisha for questioning, as an informed person about Emiliano Shullazi.
Since the accusations for threats was made after the declaration of Berisha, the Prosecution General did not exclude the possibility to take the former Prime Minister for questioning.
While no date has been given for the questioning session, the Prosecution say they want to know about the people who informed Berisha for the threats made to Mynyr Koni.
The Prosecution will act after the declarations of the former Rector of the Tirana University, Dhori Kule, and the declaration of the current Rector, Mynyr Koni.
Although there are suspicions that they were threatened for the race, they have not given any detail on the identity of the suspects for helping the investigators. Both professors said one day ago they had no idea about the looks of the people who threatened them, because they were scared. The Prosecution is investigating the footage seized from security cameras.
