The Shkoder Prosecution has summoned for questioning three military
officers of the Farka Regiment, including the Commander of the air base,
Kuto Hasani.
Sources said the military officers had declared that the flight was part of a training mission, following the itinerary: Tujan-Qafe Buall, Qafe Luzhe-Valbona and up to Koplik. The return was supposed to be done through Shkoder.
Kuto Hasani refused to give an interview, since he had no authorization for this, but he said that everything was done legally.
The Prosecution asked the Ministry to attach two technical experts to the investigative group, who will investigate the crashed helicopter in Shkoder, now seized as evidence.
The French ambassador replied positively to the request for assistance by the Minsiter of Defense.
