Top Channel has learned that the Prosecution General has filed a criminal investigation for illegal influencing on public officers.
The case was opened after an audio recording surfaced, showing a conversation between the vice Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Denar Biba, with the Albanian judge in Strasbourg, Ledio Bianku.
Denar Biba admitted that he was part of the conversation, while the persons who published it considered it a blackmail against the judge, so that he could influence the Strasbourg Court.
