The Prosecution started the investigations of the accounts owned by
Emiliano Shullazi and two other deefndants. They asked second-level
banks to verify if Gilmando Dani, Emiliano Shullazi and Blerim Shullazi
have bank accounts.
The same request was given to the property registration offices. Lawyers confirm that they will request Shullazi’s liberation, since there is no evidence against him.
The Prosecution of Serious Crimes has requested to reveal the scheme how the fines were placed.
Sources say that the defendant didn’t keep a phone, but the Prosecution suspect he communicated through his friends.
