The Prosecution demanded life to prison for the defendants Ylli Pinari, Dritan Minxholli and Mihal Delijorgji.
The Prosecution asked 23 years to prison for Sokol Gjeci, 7 years and 1 million ALL fine for Ardian Mullai, 8 years and 2 million ALL for Shkelzin Madani, 8 years for Luan Hoxha and Shpetim Spahiu, 14 years for Armand Tartari, 6 for Zija Baja, 4 for Agim Lala and Ilmi Lacaj, 3 years and 400.000 ALL for Ndue Marku and 4 years for Agim babameto and Rezart Tershana.
The Prosecution also asked a 75 million ALL fine for the Alba Demil Company. The defending lawyers of Delijorgji and Pinari asked two months time for preparing their counterarguments.
