Prosecution challenges court decision that finds Arben Frroku not guilty

The Prosecution asked the Court of Appeal to change the First Instant
Court decision on the Arben Frroku case, the businessman accused for the
murder of the Chief of Police, Dritan Lamaj.
The Prosecution demanded life in prison for Frroku and asked them to admit Arben Ndoka’s testimony.
The Court of First Instance for Serious Crimes found Arben Frroku not guilty. The only argument that the Court admitted is that Frroku had an open conflict with Lamaj because of his duty.
The Prosecution claims that the Court did not take in consideration the evidence and for this reason they are challenging it at the Court of Appeal.
