The Prosecution General is investigating the Central Election
Commission, claiming there is a violation of the decriminalization law.

The Prosecution accuses CEC of admitting self-declaration applications of an MP and two Mayors beyond the legal deadline.

The Prosecution also says CEC was aware that Socialist MP Prenga had been convicted in Albania, and yet they did not file a criminal case against him. CEC was also asked to interrupt Prenga’s mandate.

As for the Democratic Party MP, Flamur Noka, the Prosecution also explained to CEC that he has not been convicted in Serbia for any crime.
