President Ilir Meta again appeared before the media today to denounce what he called another ruling-majority fraud, this time through the parliamentary laws’ commission.
“This committee did not hold public consultations prior to discussing the law on judges and prosecutors, a law already voted by parliament, stipulating that swearing in the constitutional judges may not necessarily take place before the president of the republic”, the president emphasized, adding that the 2nd of March would be “a day of triumph over tyranny and fear” but the rally will not cause security concerns.
