In Durres and Vlore there is a flux of emigrants who are leaving Albania for Italy and other countries.
Last night’s fog delayed many ferries and created long queues in ports.
18.000 people left Albania from the port of Durrës only in one day. The same situation is in Vlore port, where 2700 people and 470 vehicles left towards Italian ports.
This year there were no long queues in Vlore, due to the new working scheme of the border police, which opened 10 tolls for vehicle check. The increasing flux is expected to continue in the days to come, until the first days of September.
