The Prosecution of Serious Crimes has phone surveillance registrations
as their strongest evidence in the case against the former Vice Chief of
Prisons, Iliaz Labi, and four administrators of companies that supplied
prison food through illegal bids.

Investigations show that the suspects have spoken frequently on their phones for the prison food supply, which is listed at around 20 million.

The four administrators spoke about canceling procurements. The vice General Chief of Police, Iliaz Labi, requested a meeting with the administrator of the “MB Kurti” company, Shemsi Sinani.

The official even orders him “if you don’t come today, don’t bother coming anymore”. Labi holds the same stance with the other administrator, Ylber Kalaja.

On June 3rd, after “Nelsa” was declared winner, the two administrators discuss who of them should complete the deed and pay 2 million ALL to the prison official for the affair.
