The Albanian Police has freed several public areas in overpopulated beaches, which were occupied by private operators illegally.

4000 square meters were given back to holiday makers one day ago, by removing 960 beach beds and tables.

The operation is still going on in Durres, where the police have freed 3500 square meters. Seven persons are being prosecuted for occupying public spaces and hiding their income.
