The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, reacted this Wednesday after the informal meeting of the new cabinet.
Rama promised that within 100 days, the new government will fight bureaucracy in institutions, which, according to Rama, has reached a record level.
“The Albanian bureaucracy demands 4.5 million certificates in one year. This scandalous process consumes time, money and nerves. It will end with the new government”, Rama declared.
He underlined that when citizens will need a birth certificate before receiving a service, bureaucracy will have to procure it on their own.
“This can turn into reality within 100 days”, Rama said.
