The Commission of Laws has prepared the report that will be sent to the Parliament for removing the President from his duty.

Rapporteur Adnor Shameti said that the President had no interest to be heard in this commission. According to him, the request of the 55 MPs for removing him from his duty is well based, since he repealed June 30th as the Electoral Day when the campaign had already started.

With 13 votes in favour and one against, the Commission voted the establishing of an Investigative Commission for removing the President from his duty.

The proposition of the commission of laws will be discussed at the next parliamentary session, on July 4th.
