Opposition accuses majority’s MP for illegal building

“Qeparo has a big problem today. One of his citizens doesn’t love it
anymore, but built this building that took away all of its beauty”.

This was a report made by the Democratic Party, focusing on the Socialist MP, Koco Kokedhima, who, according to the DP, is illegally building “a castle” a few meters from the sea in Qeparo.

“These palaces are against all urban rules”, Ristani declared.

The DP says that Kokedhima is acting the same way anywhere in Albania.

“Saranda, Fier and Vlore are facing the same problem. He wants to build a castle even higher than the Porto Palermo. He has taken lands everywhere, even in Xare, and now is taking oil in Fier”, the DP added.

The opposition’s main party say they will not accept double standards in this government, which demolishes buildings of unprotected citizens and allows the construction of illegal buildings by government leaders.
