The Deputy Minister of Justice, Fjoralba Caka, met with representatives of the German Association for International Cooperation and representatives of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to agree regarding the bilateral talks that will be held with the EU regarding chapter 23.
Deputy Minister Cakaj said that while waiting for the EU Council decision to open the negotiations, the Justice Ministry is working intensively to open Chapter 23 of Acquis.
“Chapter 23 will come after opening the negotiations, and will discuss matters of judiciary reform, andi-corruption and human rights”, Caka said.
