Serbian President Alexander Vucic has arrived in the city of Elbasan under tight security for tomorrow’s “Open Balkans” summit between the three countries of the region.
Earlier, Prime Minister Edi Rama had arrived there.
The preliminary agenda initially envisaged accommodation at the Rogner Hotel in Tirana.
But for security reasons from the situation created by the protest of Sali Berisha’s supporters, it was decided to accommodate in Elbasan.
On Tuesday, December 21, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, Prime Minister of Northern Macedonia Zoran Zaev and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will sit at the table of the ‘Palace of Brigades’ in Tirana. The conclusions of this Open Balkan meeting will be made public by Prime Minister Edi Rama, Prime Minister of Northern Macedonia Zoran Zaev and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic tomorrow around 13:00.
