Two sisters were continuously harassed online by a 21-year-old man in Tirana, who was reportedly arrested today by the police.
The sisters, aged 20 and 13, sent intimate photos to Harulla Kaman, who then threatened them to send him other intimate photos.
Due to the pressure, the minor left the family apartment but was found by the police and has now returned to her family.
The news was announced by the director of the Tirana Police, Tonin Vocaj, who said that the 21-year-old man was put in police custody.
Vocaj added: The Sector for the Investigation of Cybercrimes, following the investigative work for the prevention and attack of criminal offenses in the field of cybercrimes, has administered a report from a citizen, resident in the city of Tirana, that she has been continuously harassed in cybernetic networks. different social, together with her minor sister, from suspected forged addresses, from an unidentified citizen.
As a result of the pressure exerted by these fake profiles, the 13-year-old minor left the apartment. Being in these grave conditions, in order to prevent the further escalation of the situation, after a genuine investigative work within a record time, it became possible to identify and capture the suspected author of this criminal activity.
Citizen Harulla Kamani, 21 years old, resident of Durrës, was arrested for the criminal offenses of “Stalking” and “Computer forgery”, provided for in articles 121/a and 186/a of the Criminal Code of Albania.
