The US President, Barack Obama, and the US Secretary of Defense, Leon
Panetta, were updated with the turmoil in Northern Kosovo and the
professional reaction of the US soldiers.
This was the declaration of the US General, Craig r. McKinley, who visited the “Bondsteel” camp in Kosovo. The General has also brought Obama’s support for the operations of KFOR in Northern Kosovo, as announced by the news agency “Kosovatimes”.
“The news for the Northern Kosovo turmoil and the professional response of the US forces have reached the US Secretary of Defense and the US President”, declared General McKinley for the US soldiers.
He added that the US Armed Forces leaders and President Barack Obama are satisfied with the operations of KFOR and expressed their support for the peacekeeping forces in Northern Kosovo.
“They are satisfied with the way the soldiers have reacted and expressed their readiness for the efforts of KFOR to ease the tensions and security threats in the area”, McKinley declared.
