The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, published a phone call he held today with the US State Secretary, Victoria Nuland.
Basha says on Facebook that Nuland congratulated him for the justice agreement, saying that “without actions you have shown to be a patriot for your country and its interests”, Nuland has told Basha.
The online announcement says that the Assistant of the US State Secretary has said that “this success would have not been possible without the leadership shown by Mr.Basha”.
Basha expressed his gratitude for the decisive assistance of Mrs.Nuland in reaching consensus and for the attention and support shown from day one of this process, until its finalization.
