The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, declared that the new academic year will find Albania’s capital with a new school, called “Servete Maci”, at Municipal Unit 9.
“It is even better than the Kosova School. If anyone is skeptical, I invite you there on September 16th. It is a musical school, which means that it belongs to the entire city, not only to the local neighborhood”, Veliaj said.
The Mayor declared that the new challenge of the Tirana Municipality will be the construction of public daycare centers.
“It is the first time in the history of this city that we have 10 requests for a single spot in the public daycare sector. Our challenge is to make public kindergartens also coveted”, VEliaj said.
