The new Mayor of Kamza, Rakip Suli, has denounced one of the permits given by his predecessor, Xhelal Mziu, eight days before leaving the office.
This is a business for processing agricultural products and will be established in Paskuqan. However, according to Suli, Mziu’s decision has criminal violations.
“The construction permit was given on July 29th 2019, eight days before I received my term. We have a very detailed local plan of 2013, which is active, and which had planned here a national park. There is a plan for Tirana’s main boulevard to arrive at the lake. This permit is criminal”, Suli said.
The Mayor said that there are homes which have not been legalized, despite the fact that the construction permit was already given. Suli said that they will take the case to the Tirana Prosecution for a thorough investigation.
