In a Facebook post, Prime Minister Edi Rama announced the new circulation measures in the country, in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic.
He stated that from tomorrow until Monday morning, the whole country would be in total isolation again. Furthermore, from Monday no one will go shopping without a special permit first.
