Muslim community holds leadership elections

The Muslim community in Albania is underling new elections. The current leader, Skender Brucaj, is running for a second term against two other candidates.
Agron Hoxha, Media Director at the Muslim Community said that Brucaj will run normally, as the incumbent candidate, against Gezim Abdishahu; imam of Golem; and Ylli Gurra, Mufti of Tirana.
Every time that the Muslim Community starts its elections, there is special movement form the Albanian Secret Service, which wants to make sure that the candidates will be chosen from the Albanian religious leaders, not from those who may be affected from foreign, radical forms of Islam.
