The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, gathered the 24 administrators of Tirana to instruct them about the traffic chaos.
Veliaj says that the circulation in Tirana will be blocked for heavy vehicles from six to nine in the morning, and from four to five in the afternoon.
No commercial vehicle will be allowed in Tirana during this time, according to Veliaj.
The Mayor said that they will cooperate closely with the Ministry of Education for the project of communitary schools.
