Like other Albanian citizens fined for violating the Normative Act of compulsory mask wearing in open spaces, MP Kujtim Gjuzi complained in today’s parliamentary session that he was fined by the police and did not object this, but the fine was imposed before the prime minister’s decision was approved by the assembly.
“I received a fine from the State Police police, which I did not object to, but the prime minister’s decisions cannot be recognized when they do not come to the Assembly.”
