After many contradictory information, the Prosecutor General removed all
doubts regarding the case of alleged illegal surveillance made by the
Interforce. The Prosecution has not started any investigation, but the
surveillance affar seems to have taken another turn.
Sources from the Prosecution have confirmed for Top Channel that their task force has received the report of a worker at the Ministry of Interior, saying that an illegal spying equipment was found at the office of the Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri.
The Prosecution suspects the device is a microphone, but a strange question is raised. The report for the device was made on the same day when Prime Minister Berisha announced this news on his Facebook page, on May 20th.
The Prosecution say they have filed the case as a power abuse, since they suspect it has been planted by current employees. Cameras will try to identify the persons involved.
