The Minister of Infrastructure, Damian Gjiknuri, declared that within two years they expect to finalize the construction of three roads that have been delayed for a long time.
Gjiknuri referred to projects such as Tirana-Elbasan, Fier and Vlora bypass. Three other projects are going to start this year as well.
“We will continue with the rest of Tirana’s Outer Ring Road. The Tepelena bypass will start by finalizing the Levan-Gjirokaster-Kakavija, which will be then connected with Kardhiq. This will allow us to open a new project, Korce-Erseka, after the first lot is complete”, Gjiknuri said.
