Kosovo’s Academic Rexhep Qosja received the “Citizen of Honor” title in Malesi e Madhe. Present for the ceremony was also the Albanian Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Ditmir Bushati.
“History honours the special few people who cannot be forgotten by the masses”, Bushati said.
According to the Head of the Albanian diplomacy, his sharp opinions and critics have given Albanian politicians a testing ground for the justice of the Albanian thinking and action courses.
Referring to Qosja’s work, Bushati said it is seeking truth even in difficult times when the truth was illegal.
“He is the perfect example of the expression: ‘the pen is stronger than the sword’”, Bushati declared.
