The Socialist Movement for Integration leader, Ilir Meta, visited the
Kombinat area in Tirana, where he introduced Ardit Cela as the Socialist
Movement for Integration candidate for Tirana. Meta invited the Tirana
citizens to join the opposition coalition in order to change the
economic situation of the country.
Meta declared that the government’s debts to the local businesses is weakening the firms and is deteriorating the economy.
“This is a burden on the citizens’ shoulders and the consumers. This damages the buying power, reduces the investment level and holds back the creation of new jobs. We need a change so that we will not speak anymore for a virtual economy, but for the real one. This is the time for a change and for a rotation”, Meta declared.
Meta added that in the agreements with the Socialist Party, the Socialist Movement for Integration did not follow the close interest of its supporters, but the interest of all Albanians.
