The Local Directorate of Border and Immigration Shkodra, has informed the citizens who want to travel in the direction of Montenegro, that they can normally travel to the neighboring country, only having a negative answer to their coronavirus swab test.
This rule will be valid for the following weeks, until a second order, from Monday to Friday at 22:00.
