34 babies have been born in the last 24 hours in two maternity hospitals in Tirana.
The good news was given by the Health Minister, Ogerta Manastirliu, who stated that life triumphs despite the epidemic that has affected the world.
“Although a difficult period for our health system due to the situation of the # COVID19 epidemic, life triumphs. The last 24 hours have been unusual in the capital as 34 babies have been born in the two maternity hospitals of Tirana! Across the country, during this month of confrontation with # COVID19, in our maternity hospitals from north to south of the country 1470 children have been born”, stated Manastirliu in her message.
