The president of the Lezha Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Pashk Palokaj was arrested today on the prosecutor’s order following the investigation into the death of a worker in August 2019, at the apartment block he was building in the Beselidhja neighborhood.
The charges brought against him are illegal construction, non-compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and illegal employment.
