Kosovo is expected to remove all foreign phone codes and use its own (+383) starting from January 2019.
This was previously planned for 2018, but it was not possible to be done by then. The first challenge, according to private mobile companies, will be the relation with international operators.
January 15th 2019 is the last date. From then, operators will start using the +383 phone code.
