Kosovo, campaign starts for local election runoffs

The campaign for the electoral runoffs has has started in Kosovo.

In the next five days, the candidates for Mayors will present their programs once again.

19 communes will have to hold elections in 1777 polling stations, according to the Kosovo CEC Chairman.

Analysts say that the most interesting races will be in Prishtina, Mitrovica, Gjakova, Ferizaj and Prizren.
