Korça, Majko: No campaign violence

Pandeli Majko declared from Korça that the political situation should not be tensioned, despite the recent incidents.

He condemned the burning of the Socialist Party banners, demanding an electoral campaign without exaggerated events.

Majko said that parties should maintain a calm electoral campaign, staying away from vandalisms.

“It is important to remain calm and not get involved with acts like burning political banners. The Democratic Party’s declaration against these acts is positive and I think that there will be understanding by our side”, Majko declared.

Gjirokastër, Ruci: voters’ lists with problems

Deputy Gramoz Ruçi denounced from the town of Gjirokastra the problems with the voters’ lists.

“We have witnessed these problems and we will continue denouncing them at the institutional meetings with the internationals. But this is not enough, because the fake identity cards tradition is still on. Military employees, teachers and state administration employees are being asked of their identity cards. Why?”, Ruçi declared.
