Korça, Spahiu: Judicial Court has problems

18/04/2011 12:55

Vice Chair of the High Council of Justice, Kreshnik Spahiu, declared from Korça that the two greatest problems that the judicial system is facing are: first, the delay of the processes because of other professional engagements that the judges have, like teaching in universities. This causes delays of the processes. The second problem is the nepotism inside the system.

“Because of the oligarchy and the workload it presets as a consequence, delays of the processes occur very often. Another concern is nepotism, not only in Korça Court, but everywhere”, Spahiu said.

These declarations were given during the annual analysis of the Korça judges.
