After the attack that took the life of a 4-year-old Albanian ethnic in
Macedonia, resulting after a banal conflict, people in Kumanova are
waiting for justice.

A Macedonian citizen, Boban Ilic, ran over a group of Albanians with his car, after quarreling with them for a queue in hospital, leaving the 4-year-old dead.

While the father asks for justice, while Macedonian Kumanova residents say this is an isolated case, which they condemn, and say it will not change inter-ethnic relations.

Albanian opinionist, Albert Musliu, says that the stance of the Court will be definitive for the stability of Kumanova and not only.

The Albanian Ambassador in Skopje, Fatos Reka, said that political influences should be left out. No one, he says, needs other ethnic conflicts.

Top Cahnnel contacted the Macedonian Minister of Justice, Valdet Xhaferri, whose staff canceled the interview saying that the Minister was very busy.

The situation in Kumanova seems calm, but the town is still a gunpowder barrel.
