Interior Minister demands postponement of Police Vetting

The Interior Minister, Sander Lleshaj, said that the Police vetting should be postponed.

The processed was supposed to end by March 2020, but there have been unclear details with the procedures.

Initially it was requested that 300 higher police officials should be vetted by the Foreign Commission, and 12.000 lower grade officers to be vetted by the Internal Police Service for Complaints.
