The consequences of this cold weather are more noticeable in Kukes than anywhere else.
Roads and pavements are covered by ice, although the municipality has thrown salt and other materials.
This situation caused problems with the transportation in the city. Residents say that the authorities have not done enough to clean.
The hospital has received patients with fractures on their bodies after falling on the slippery roads, mainly children and aged people.
Although the weather conditions are slightly better, part of the roads and sidewalks cannot be compared to the rural roads.
