Himara, nationalist banners on the streets

Offensive banners against Çamëria are written in Greek language along the national road Himara-Saranda and inside the town of Himara. Some of the banners are “Himara is Greek”, “Vorio Epirus is Greek Land”, “Himara equals Greece”, etc.
Inside Himara, these writings were spread almost in every main and secondary street of the town.
The banners start appearing at the entrance of Dhërmi village, and continue inside Himara town. Along with these anti-national and offending banners the Greek flag is also visible.
Similar banners have often accompanied electoral campaigns in this area. Some of the citizens said out of the camera eye that the banners were written last night.
